Service Description

I offer a supplemental lessons to put extra time and energy to good use learning techniques and building safe habits. Sessions at Planet Gymnastics/SDA The goal is to explore acrobatics, flexibility and cardio while creating a fun and safe environment. My aim is to encourage strength, flexibility and promoting fun, safe and beneficial habits based on my love for dance, my care for the youth and my background in USA gymnastics. Groups of 3 or more may require an assistant instructor. Price may increase with additional instructors. Up to 6 participants in a semiprivate.
