Telegram is a free, cloud-based messaging app available on mobile devices such as iOS and Android devices as well as Mac and PC. The app provides end-to-end encrypted video calling and file sharing. The telegram was released back in 2013. Telegram syncs between all devices has no limit on the size of media or chat, allows for large groups, and is heavily encrypted with the ability to send self-destructing messages. When signing up for Telegram, you do need to type in a phone number to get started and create an account. Once inside the app, you can give Telegram access to your contacts, start a text conversation, call or create a group. You can create one-on-one conversations, group chats, secret chats, or new channels. Telegram groups are ideal for sharing stuff with friends and family or collaboration in small teams.
